Lotoa with a passion for assisting his community and diverting from Landfill decided to venture into something that gave him great joy and satisfaction,from Humble beginnings Lotoa dedicated his time to starting up his own company.

The team took care of the America’s Cup in the year 2000 , working around the clock ensuring every bin was serviced and the entire are litter free, safe for Aucklanders and its visitors to enjoy throughout the duration of this premier event.

IN & OUTDOOR CLEANING PLUS LIMITED was started up in 2005, immediately due to industry knowledge, skills and experience, Lotoa was managing the Commercial cleaning at Auckland ZOO for a period of 2 years, thereafter taking on another high priority task of Managing the Street Litter cleaning within Auckland City for a period of another 2 years, The city has never looked that clean till now
WASTE SCAPE PLUS LIMITED was initiated in 2009 as part of Lotoa’s vision to grow his business network, immediately securing a 5 year contract to manage yet another premier event TAGATA PASIFIKA.
A short while later another Contract secured which saw Lotoa and his team of 120 staff manage the cleaning of the U2 Concert in 2010, at Mt Smart Stadium
2011, another milestone reached when The Team was awarded the Maintenance contract for the Rugby World Cup.
Waste Scape was a preferred supplier for Labour to City Park Services, which comprised of highly skilled refuse drivers/ loaders/ runners and Supervisory staff, Lotoa then handed this to his daughter in 2013 as a growing concern,
Waste scape is still the preferred labour broker to most Auckland council contractors, and a sister company to MCPL.
Metro Care Plus Limited. Is now a growing concern providing a multitude of personalised services, we are registered on Builderscrack NZ , Auckland Council and also provide personal service requests for Refuse removal/ street cleaning/ event cleaning/building cleans and earth work
We are also the preferred supplier to the Hot Rod show at Kumeu show grounds.
